TKZOOM Return & Refund Policy
Overview
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a legal 14-day withdrawal period (cooling-off period). Please see the dedicated section below titled "European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right" for details.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, unworn, and unwashed.

All original tags, labels, and accessories must be attached.

The item must be in its original packaging (e.g., shoebox, product box).

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized goods.

Personal care items that have been unsealed (e.g., beauty products).

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Items marked as final sale or clearance, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return
Please follow these simple steps:

Contact Us: Email us at cs@tkzoom.com within the return period. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Receive Your Return Label: Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid or self-paid return authorization label with detailed shipping instructions.

Ship the Package: Use the provided label to send your return. This ensures your package is routed correctly to our processing center. Please do not ship items to any unconfirmed address.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund following the steps above, and then place a new order separately for the new item. We will prioritize your refund to free up funds for your new purchase.
European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Condition: The goods must be unused and in the original condition, packaging, and with all tags attached.

Process: To exercise this right, please inform us of your decision via cs@tkzoom.com within the 14-day period. The subsequent process is the same as described in the "How to Start a Return" section above.

Return Shipping Costs: According to EU Directive, for withdrawals without reason, the cost of returning the goods is typically borne by the consumer. The return label we provide will specify the shipping cost arrangement.
Refunds

Inspection: We will promptly inspect the returned item upon arrival.

Notification: We will notify you via email once your refund has been approved.

Processing: The refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. This process usually takes up to 10 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged during transit, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) at cs@tkzoom.com with photo/video evidence. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or compensation, and cover any related shipping costs.
